Bio

Jess DeFranco

I grew up in the Bay Area and am a San Francisco-based dancer. After receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Asian American Studies from San Francisco State University, I began working as a freelance performing artist and dance educator.

My practice integrates a strong classical foundation with dynamic contemporary training. As a mover, I focus on a highly athletic, versatile, and musically precise approach to choreography. In the studio, I pride myself on being a dependable and quick-studying collaborator who brings consistent energy and physical commitment to every project.

I'm always open to new opportunities, collaborations, and creative challenges.
